Cell Analyzer

This is a proof of concept for ONNX Runtime to load a ML model in ONNX format into the browser and run client-side inference of potentially sensitive (or privacy restricted) images. For more information please read our abstract. Sample images extracted from the public repository Image Data Resource (IDR). They correspond to the PubMedID: 28065575.
